South Of The Border (Serves 2)
1 x tomato
1 x avocado, pitted and peeled
1 x green onion
1 x small sprig of cilantro
1/2 a lime, peeled
Blend all your fruits and vegetables together adding 1/4 of a cup of water to enable your smoothie to be a bit thinner if you wish to do so.
