Minty Sweet Tea (Serves 2)
2 x cups spinach
a ¼ of a cup of mint
2 x cups of green tea, brewed and chilled
2 x cups of sliced peaches
1 x green apple, halved and cored
Juice from ½ a lemon
1. Blend the spinach, mint, and green tea until smooth.
2. Add the peaches, apple, and lemon juice and blend again.
