Ingredients:

1 x romaine lettuce
2 x red apples
4 x dates, pitted
A pinch of ground cinnamon
1 x orange, peeled

Instructions:

1. Blend all of the ingredients above with a ⅓ of a cup of water. Add more water if you wish to do so to reach your desired consistency.
