This smoothie is going to help you vastly if you have become slightly blocked… (if you know what I mean?) We really want to be visiting the loo at least once a day, and this smoothie is going to allow you to do just that. This smoothie is very alkalizing, so it’s going to keep your colon happy, which in-turn will mean you will also feel a lot happier and filled with vitality.

The Mover

Ingredients:

½ a papaya, peeled
½ a banana, peeled
½ a apple
1 x tbsp sunflower seeds
1 x tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 x tbsp aloe vera juice
1–2 cups (250–500 ml) of filtered water
2 x tsps of mixed green powder (a mix of spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorella, etc.)

Instructions:

First blend all your ingredients, except for the green powders. Then, stir your green powders in once you have finished blending.
