Ingredients:

2 x cups of green cabbage
1 x cup water
2 x oranges, peeled
2 x cups chopped pineapple
¼ a cup of peeled and cubed raw beetroot
Juice of ½ lemon
2 x tablespoons of flaxseed oil

Instructions:

1. Start off by Blending the oranges, water, and cabbage until the consistency is smooth.
2. Add your pineapple, lemon juice, beetroot, and flax-seed oil then blend again.
