3 x slices of pickled jalapeño
1 x small handful of cilantro leaves
1 x handful of kale
1 x thumb of ginger
1 x clove of garlic
2 x oranges, peeled
1.Blend all of the ingredients with ⅓ of a cup of water. Add more water if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
