This sweet, refreshing treat is an anti-aging tonic in disguise. Grapes offer a heavy dose of resveratrol which slows down the aging process of our cells.

I dream of coconuts (Serves 2)

2 cups spinach
1 cup unsweetened coconut water
2 cups grapes
1 cup sliced peaches

Instructions:

1. Blend the spinach, coconut water, and grapes until smooth.
2. Add the peaches and blend again.

toss aging spinach in the blender with a little water. Once blended, pour into ice
cube trays and freeze. We use these as backup greens when we run out of fresh spinach.
