Citrus Crushy for a dreamy treat of Vitamin C

This dreamy treat gets a vitamin C boost from the citrus, which helps your body better absorb the
rawesome iron from the spinach. Now that’s what we call teamwork!

Citrus Crushy (Servers 2)

Ingredients:

2 cups spinach
1½ cups water
1 orange, peeled
1 cup grapes *
1 cup chopped pineapple *

Instructions:

1. Blend the spinach, water, and orange until smooth.
2. Add the grapes and pineapple and blend again.
