Detox Special (Serves 2)
1 x mango
4 x kiwi fruit
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
4 fresh mint leaves
Cut your mango into 2 thick slices as close to the pit as possible. Next, scoop out the flesh and
chop coarsely. Cut off any flesh adhering to the pit. Peel the kiwi fruit with a sharp knife
and chop the flesh. Put the mango, kiwi fruit, pineapple juice, and mint leaves into a food processor or
blender and process until thoroughly combined. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
